“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you have to keep moving.”
- Albert Einstein
The first image that comes to my mind when I think of balance is a ballerina standing on her toes, swaying gracefully from side to side. Even walking takes a lot of balance, just watch a tiny person trying to learn how.
In Einstein’s quote, he suggests that a life in balance requires movement. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are constantly adjusting to the world swirling all around us, like walking on a moving walkway.
How do you know your life is in balance? Is it a feeling? Is it something you could show in a chart? For me, feelings of balance come and go, it seems to be a lifelong effort.
And along the way to finding as much balance as possible, it is necessary to better understand your self, your needs , your hopes and your dreams.
And that’s where I can help!
