This is a 90 minute, stand alone coaching session which will follow a basic structure:

  1. Where are you right now?

  2. Where do you want to go?

  3. What’s getting your way?

  4. What are your next steps?

In this quick but powerful meeting of minds, you will have the opportunity to freely explore any problem or issue in your current life, clarify important aspects of it and brainstorm possible solutions or actions.

The goal is for you to walk away with a clear next step toward making your life more joyful and fulfilling.
