GOALS

Life coaching is a relatively new field and many people are unfamiliar with it. One of my mentors says “coaching is a conversation with a purpose”. What’s the purpose? To generate movement from the present into the future, towards achieving goals determined by you, the client.

Some clients begin with clear cut ideas about what they want to achieve. Others start with just a general feeling of stuckness Others start with one goal that changes as it is explored. There are as many ways to move through life coaching as there are ways to be.

One of the special aspects of coaching is the structure. Each conversation will have a goal and a structure that will bring you towards that goal, Each session’s goal will work towards your larger, overarching goals.
